Refund Policy

Unused pack — full refund

You purchased a credit pack but haven't used any credits. You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

Partially used pack — partial refund

You've used some credits but not all. You are eligible for a refund on the unused portion only, within 7 days of purchase. Used credits are non-refundable — they represent consumed API processing costs.

After 7 days

No refunds will be issued after 7 days from the purchase date, regardless of usage, except in cases of verified technical failure on our side.

Technical failure — credit deducted, no result returned

If a credit was consumed but no analysis was returned due to a fault on our service (not a third-party outage beyond our control), we will restore the credit or issue a replacement. Contact us with the date and time of the failed analysis.

✗ Not eligible

Dissatisfaction with AI output quality

AI-generated output is inherently variable and subjective. If the analysis ran successfully but you are unsatisfied with the result, this does not constitute grounds for a refund. You can review example outputs before purchasing on our homepage.

We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

Note on chargebacks: Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for all VZlyze transactions. If you initiate a chargeback through your bank without contacting us first, your account will be permanently suspended. We always prefer to resolve issues directly.

Account deletion

Credits Upon Account Deletion

If you delete your account, any remaining unused credits are forfeited. You must request a refund before deleting your account if you believe you are eligible under the policy above. Credits cannot be recovered after deletion.

EU & UK consumers

Statutory Rights for EU and UK Customers

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you retain your statutory consumer rights regardless of the policy above. Under EU and UK consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a digital service purchase within 14 days of the transaction date, without giving a reason.

However, if you have already started using the service (i.e. you have consumed one or more credits), you expressly acknowledge that the service has begun and you may lose part or all of your right of withdrawal for the used portion — consistent with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

To exercise your statutory withdrawal right, email [email protected] with your order details. Since Paddle acts as Merchant of Record, refunds are processed through Paddle and typically take 5–10 business days.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under mandatory applicable law in your country.
